Humans in the not-too-distant future will have "biometric sensors" placed "on or inside" their bodies which will track their every move, including bodily functions, according to a top advisor to the World Economic Forum (WEF).
The sensors will allow Big Tech and the "Chinese government" to "constantly monitor" all human activity, WEF advisor Yuval Noah Harari said.
“Very soon people will walk around with biometric sensors on or even inside their bodies and will allow Google, or Facebook, or the Chinese government or whomever to constantly monitor what’s happening inside their body,” high-level WEF advisor Yuval Harari said in a recent interview posted to social media (see below).
It is not the first time Harari, a professor of history at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, has advocated for "using extreme surveillance methods against the world’s populations," American Faith noted in an Aug. 23 report.
In a March 2020 op-ed for Financial Times, Hariri called for “under-the-skin surveillance” of “entire populations.”
In the piece, Harari recommended using more invasive tactics than the KGB used in the Soviet Union and praised the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) ability to “track [their citizen’s] movements and identify anyone they came into contact with.”
“Fifty years ago, the KGB couldn’t follow 240m Soviet citizens 24 hours a day, nor could the KGB hope to effectively process all the information gathered,” Harari wrote. “The KGB relied on human agents and analysts, and it just couldn’t place a human agent to follow every citizen. But now governments can rely on ubiquitous sensors and powerful algorithms instead of flesh-and-blood spooks.”
Harari also hailed the communist regime in Beijing for its “new surveillance tools” for monitoring Covid as “most notable” because “by closely monitoring people’s smartphones, making use of hundreds of millions of face-recognizing cameras, and obliging people to check and report their body temperature and medical condition, the Chinese authorities can not only quickly identify suspected coronavirus carriers, but also track their movements and identify anyone they came into contact with. A range of mobile apps warn citizens about their proximity to infected patients.”
The WEF advisor admired governments and corporations for “using ever more sophisticated technologies to track, monitor and manipulate people” and hoped for increased efforts to “normalize the deployment of mass surveillance tools in countries that have so far rejected them, but even more so because it signifies a dramatic transition from ‘over the skin’ to ‘under the skin’ surveillance.”
“Hitherto, when your finger touched the screen of your smartphone and clicked on a link, the government wanted to know what exactly your finger was clicking on,” Harari added. “But with coronavirus, the focus of interest shifts. Now the government wants to know the temperature of your finger and the blood-pressure under its skin.”
In a discussion with "The Ted Interview" posted to YouTube on Aug. 9, Harari proclaimed that the global elite “don’t need the vast majority of the population” even to be alive, mocking humanity as unintelligent and worthless.
In an interview posted to YouTube on April 15, 2022, Harari said “useless people” who are replaced by AI could be kept occupied with drugs and video games.
World Economic Forum advisor Yuval Noah Harari, who is an Israeli citizen and has become known for his anti-human stances as the shadowy WEF continues to take a more visible role on the world stage. Led by Klaus Schwab, the son of a major Third Reich industrialist, the WEF publicly promotes political candidates they say will “capture” elected offices on their behalf, including in the United States, for the purpose of advancing their Orwellian policies.
