An Army doctor who is a new advisor to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is investigating whether the Covid injection caused the deaths of more than 2,500 military service members, a report said.
Dr. Theresa Long revealed that she is working with Kennedy and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth to investigate 2,544 deaths that were reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), according to an Aug. 14 deposition obtained by Politico.
HHS and the Department of War are supporting the investigation.
During the pandemic, from Aug. 24, 2021 to Jan. 10, 2023, the Biden-Harris regime required military members to take the Covid shot.
During a deposition as part of a lawsuit brought by former CIA physician Dr. Terry Adirim against the CIA for firing her, Long testified that she knows of 28 people who died as a result of the Covid jab. She said she hopes to finish her investigation “within a year.”
In her deposition, Long said the Defense Medical Epidemiology Database (DMED) showed a large increase in medical conditions among service members in 2021 — the first year the Covid shots were widely available.
Thomas Rempfer, a retired U.S. Air Force colonel and adviser to the Children’s Health Defense (CHD) Military Chapter, said the investigation can help lead to “a restoration of trust in the military institution and government” and “will serve as a barricade against future unlawful mandates for unapproved medical products.”
J.M. Phelps, a contributing writer to The Gateway Pundit and American Family News, has reported extensively on military vaccine mandates. He said the investigation marks a break with the previous administration, “which lied to us repeatedly about the safety and efficacy of the shot.”
